All subscriptions will be processed through PayPal and billed separately from the rest of your order.
Your first order of reeds will ship as soon as possible.
Subsequent orders will be sent via U.S. Mail each month on roughly the same date as your original order. For instance, if you order on the 20th or the month, your next batch will ship within a few days of the 20th of the next month. Want different dates? Call us or drop us a line.
If you live outside the U.S., you will be charged shipping at a reduced rate, dependent upon the actual cost of shipping where you live.
We will assume you want the same thing every month unless you tell us otherwise. Changed your mind? Let us know.
Please help us get your reeds to you in a timely manner:
If your order is returned by the postal service, we will not send another batch of reeds until we confirm your address. It is your responsibility to make sure we have your correct address on file.
Likewise, if we cannot charge your card, we will not ship your next order until we confirm your billing information. If your card expires or you get a new one, please let us know so we can get you back on track. We want to keep you sounding great!
